A record with company + named decision-maker + role + at least one working contact channel (email OR phone OR LinkedIn) + a source link proving the data is current as of the check date. Rows missing any of this are not delivered and not billed.
2. How is each row verified?
The per-row "method" field states exactly what was done: mx-domain mailbox domain accepts mail · pattern-site email pattern extracted from the company site · source-page person/role confirmed on a dated public page · pattern-only email guessed by pattern, lower confidence — flagged in-sheet. We never claim "98% verified" — we show the method and you audit it.
3. Who judges a disputed row?
You. Mark "dead" in the sheet → we re-verify within 24h. If we can't prove the row, you get a replacement or cash back for it, your choice. No "account credits".
4. What is the refund policy?
